With a background in writing CVs for young people, not in education, employment, or training, as well as adults seeking to change careers, Yvette has a deep understanding of the importance of highlighting skills, experiences, and strengths in a competitive employment market. As a current Senior Manager within healthcare Yvette recruits staff and has first-hand knowledge of the shortlisting process and the use of ATS systems, which are critical components of successful job applications.
